You have uncovered a plot by the Sidney-Emmet Coalition to build Winnie World, a Winnie the Pooh Theme Park at Rivelin Valley. This theme park would take over the entire valley, destroying the local environment and making big bucks for the owners and their chums!

In order to get permission, Sidney-Emmet has paid off politicians, MI5, the police, local businesses, environmental groups - in fact, anyone who gets in their way is either bribed, bullied or blackmailed.

Local journalists Carl and Foxy, along with their boss Hagg, uncovered this conspiracy but Carl and Foxy have now disappeared, most likely due to threats from The Coalition.

Through the journalists’ guidance, you have found out that a PORTFOLIO of evidence of The Coalition’s activities has been gathered together by a concerned police officer PC Bobby Shaftoe (aka DT, one of Foxy’s sources).
