FULCRUM is a team building organization using fun and discovery to develop insight. We use quirky quests, cryptic clues and creative challenges, all set in amazing locations such as the Peak District, the Yorkshire Dales or the Lake District. FULCRUM is both a commercial and a social enterprise, providing Team Building Events to commercial organizations as well as running Events with community groups, creating positive social change.

Our Events
are transformative. They draw on and expand personal and group resources/skills through quests, interaction and personal reflection, all in a context of mild, mostly artificial, peril and jeopardy.

run two or three times a year. They are open to the public so you can come on your own or with a couple (or more) of friends. Click here for details.
Your Event
is unique. We tailor scenarios, resources and intrigue to your group, reflecting their interests and skill levels to ensure there are many opportunities for optimal challenge to keep them in the flow.
All events
are surprising, entertaining and involve experiential learning. They move through discovery to decisions, action and conclusions.
